Phase one of the Lonestar Industrial Park — a 78,000 SF tilt-wall logistics building on 6.5 acres in Mustang Ridge, southeast of Austin on the SH-130 corridor. As co-developer through Stayble, I lead the construction phase: design decisions, change orders, and delivery. Under construction; completion October 2026.
