Four industrial buildings totaling 600,000 SF — three speculative rear-dock buildings and one cross-dock BTS — on a Travis County / City of Austin permit posture; broke ground June 2022. I spearheaded the $30M equity raise from a New York-based opportunity-zone PE firm; the same partnership produced a follow-on high-rise multifamily project in downtown Phoenix. Total development cost ~$80M.
