An 80-acre site twenty minutes south of the Austin airport and Tesla’s gigafactory — envisioned as a mixed-use community with garden multifamily, BTR horizontals, single-family lots, townhouses, a hotel, and a restaurant. I sourced the site, negotiated the PSA, and led due diligence and land planning.
