A 320-acre master-planned community on the south side of Kyle. 965 single-family lots, ~450 multifamily units, 250 BFR units, restaurant, and commercial parcel — centered on a town square. I led the acquisition of the additional 120 acres, won zoning from the City of Kyle in November 2021, and led the entitlement and development process for Rastegar. Total land development cost: $49.5M.
