A conceptual design exercise to support a local developer’s RFP response. 19 stories of apartments above parking and a lobby + retail ground floor. The slope of the site created a unique floating retail/amenity opportunity; a pool deck atop the parking opens views west to the central Texas hill country. The developer won the RFP.
