A 135-unit mixed-use community on 4.39 acres in Louisville, on a long-blighted site at the edge of downtown. Thirty-six build-for-rent townhomes and ninety-nine apartments over a small activated commercial space, scaled deliberately to its neighbors: two stories along Cannon Street to meet the townhomes across the way, three along Highway 42. Native drought-tolerant planting and generous green space, solar-ready roofs, and EV charging throughout — and a new Caledonia Street extension linking Cannon directly to Highway 42. Attainable housing families can afford to rent, steps from Main Street. As developer, I led the concept and site design and the entitlement.
